Heated barre classes are ballet-inspired workouts that seek to provide students access to a longer and leaner physique. We utilize both bootybarre and Barre Intensity methods, a perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. The workout fuses techniques from dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.
All of our barre teachers are certified in one of the above barre methodologies, which we believe are true full-body workouts. No dance experience is required to make this a powerful addition to your fitness routine!
Small Pilates V position.
Legs a little further than shoulder width apart and turned out at the hips with knees tracking over the first and second toe.
Standing on the balls of your feet with weight fully distributed on all five toes.
Legs are externally rotated from the hips with the back leg extended behind the body and the same arm and leg extended forwards at shoulder height.
Legs externally rotated, lift the leg either in front or behind of the body slightly bent at the knee.
Legs are externally rotated at the hips and bent at the knee.
Full plies lifting the heels off the floor as you go all the way down to the floor, performing a full bend at the knee.
